The apartment is in the Santa Croce district in a small street, at the foot of a bridge, near a very quiet square where is standing the beautiful roman San Zandegolà church. This very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood is very central yet totally outside the tourist circuits.

The nearby Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, far from the tourist traps, is a haven of peace. In the summer you'll find children playing outdoors while their parents take shelter from the sun under the large trees.

This district, off of the beaten path and frequented by locals, is nonetheless only a 15 minute walk from the Rialto district and 10 minutes from Campo Santa Margherita, one of the busiest and most popular squares in all of Venice. The square is also home to lots of student bars.

The apartment

ZANDEGOLA - located on the 1st floor - is a modern one-bedroom apartment (49 m²) and features a small terrace.

The front hall (5,4 m²) leads to all the other rooms of the apartment.

The living room (16 m² - South facing) has a large window that offers a view on the building courtyard. It is composed with a large sofa-bed, d’un grand pouf, a small armchair, a coffee table, 2 libraries and a TV. It has a Venetian style floor.

The kitchen (7.5 m² - South facing), is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences (a fridge, a gas stove, an electric oven) and has all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need. It has a folding table with 4 chairs. A French window gives access to a small terrace where it’s possible to seat for 2 people.

The bedroom (16 m² - South facing), with wooden floor, has a large double bed, two chests of drawers, a large wardrobe and an armchair. It features a large window that offers a view on the building courtyard.

The bathroom (4.2 m², 1 window, South facing) is equipped with a shower, a sink, a bidet and WC. Please note there is a step to enter the bathroom.
