The apartment is situated in the quietest part of the neighbourhood, beside the idyllic Giardino della Gherardesca and Piazza d’Azeglio.

This comfortable and bright fourth-floor apartment (70 m²) is on two levels and offers a beautiful view of Piazzale Donatello. There is no elevator in the building,
