The apartment sits between Cannaregio and Castello, two quiet, working-class quarters far from the tourist crowds.
Campo Santa Maria Nova—a small, peaceful square lined with artisanal shops—is only a stone's throw away. The square is a popular gathering spot for artists as well as Venetians.
The apartment's strategic location makes it easy to get quickly from any of Venice's tourist attractions, from the islands, and from the more popular districts like San Marco and Rialto, which are only a 15-minute walk away.
The apartment
Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), MIRACOLINO is a small and cosy apartment (30 m²) on 2 levels, with a small fireplace and a terrace all in length (6m²), perfect for a breakfast.
You enter in the living-room (14.5 m²), furnished with a sofa, an armchair, an ottoman and featuring a non-working fireplace. At the back of the living-room, you can find the kitchen area, fully equipped (small fridge, micro-wave, gas stove), as well as a table with chairs. A French-window leads to the terrace.
The terrace (6 m²) is narrow and long. It has a table with 2 chairs.
A spiral staircase (robust but narrow) leads to the bedroom.
The bedroom (13 m²) has a double bed topped with a Venetian style headboard, a night table, and a wide wardrobe. The bedroom has 2 windows: one is facing the Boldù Palace and the terrace (North/West), the other one is facing the street with a grid (North/East).
You can find the bathroom (2.50 m²) at the left of the entrance. It’s equipped with a shower, a sink, WC and a small washing machine.
