Rome's centro storico (historic district) is full of life and is without a doubt, where the locals do their shopping. Via del Corso is a long street lined with shops that is closed off to vehicles on weekends. This street runs between the 2 main square of Rome : Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Venezia. Via del Babuino and Via Margutta run along the foot of the Pincian Hill and have been renowned for their art galleries and studios since the 15th century. Lastly, Piazza di Spagna and Via Condotti are without a doubt the places to go for all the top names in Italian and international fashion.

This neighborhood is called “Tridente” because of these 3 streets leading to Piazza del Popolo (Via della Ripetta, Via del Corso and Via del Babuino) make a trident shape.

The bedroom itself is situated in a historic building on a small, quiet street lined with shops, near public transportation (metro and minibus) and within walking distance of St. Peter's Basilica (20 minutes), and the Capitoline and Borghese museums (30 minutes).

On the 3rd floor (with elevator) and with a surface area of 24 m², TRIDENTE VERDE is an air-conditioned studio with a shared kitchen, located within a group of 3 independent studios that have been completely renovated. The studio complex is entered via a long 17 m² L-shaped corridor with windows overlooking a large courtyard. The second part of the L-shaped corridor distributes the independent spaces with sutdios. TRIDENTE VERDE is located on the street side (Via Laurina). Access is via a small corridor (3.50 m²) at the end of the large L-shaped corridor. An entrance hall (4 m²) leads to both sides of the studio and a private bathroom. The bedroom itself is spacious (16 m²). It is decorated in soothing blue-gray tones. This room is divided into 2 areas: - The sitting area (windowless), equipped with 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a closet. A mini-fridge and kettle are available. - The sleeping area (south-facing - one window overlooks the street), with a double bed and 2 bedside tables. The bathroom (4 m², no window) is equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and towel dryer. The studio also has a kitchenette area.

Opposite the entrance is the kitchen shared with the other 2 studios (12 m², north-facing, window overlooking the inner courtyard). It is modern, air-conditioned and fully equipped: fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, extractor hood and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped. There's also a table with six chairs.
